Affiliates must be at least 18, legally able to contract, and not located in a sanctioned jurisdiction. SubZero Metrix LLC may decline any application at its sole discretion.
Acceptance into the program is not automatic. Approval requires review of audience, content, and promotion methods.
Affiliates are independent contractors. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created.
Editorial reviews, tutorial content, comparison articles, newsletters, and authorized social posts that comply with these terms and the disclosure guide.
Affiliates must display a clear and conspicuous affiliate disclosure on every promotion, in accordance with FTC and local equivalents.
Limited license to use SubZero Metrix™ word marks and approved logos solely to promote approved offers. No modification, no co-branding without written approval.
No bidding on SubZero Metrix™ branded terms, misspellings, or variations on any paid-search platform.
No registration or use of domains containing SubZero Metrix™ marks or confusable variants.
All affiliate email and SMS promotion must comply with CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, TCPA, and the receiver's prior consent.
Affiliates must comply with the platform's terms, disclosure rules, and avoid prohibited categories listed in the affiliate guide.
Coupon-only sites may not promote unless expressly permitted; no unauthorized discount codes.
Affiliates may not refer themselves, their own accounts, employees, or affiliates of their own business unless expressly permitted.
No incentivized clicks, bots, click farms, malware, ad injection, cookie stuffing, or other prohibited traffic.
Commissions accrue on qualifying purchases of allow-listed SubZero Metrix™ offers, attributed through the Rewardful + Stripe integration.
Commissions are attributed using the cookie window configured in the Rewardful campaign at the time of click.
Commissions on refunded, cancelled, charged-back, or fraudulent transactions are reversed automatically.
SubZero Metrix™ may reverse commissions for terms violations, fraud, or attribution errors.
Payouts are issued on the schedule published in the affiliate portal once the minimum payout threshold is met.
Affiliates are responsible for their own taxes, registrations, and reporting. Tax forms may be required before payout.
SubZero Metrix™ may suspend or terminate any affiliate at any time, with or without cause.
All program assets, marks, copy, and software remain the property of SubZero Metrix LLC.
Affiliates must keep non-public information shared during the program confidential.
To be finalized by counsel. This program is provided 'as is' and SubZero Metrix LLC's aggregate liability shall not exceed the commissions paid to the affiliate in the prior 12 months.
These terms and the program may be changed at any time with notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
